By placing an order on the Natyf web store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy
All sales final. No returns. In case of a faulty item we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. To acquire a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage.
Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
Privacy
Natyf respects the privacy of its customers. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Deliveries are fulfilled by Post Office. Our shipping rates are charged at a flat rate depending on country.
Most orders received before 12.00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 12.00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday.
